Associate Professor Roberto Dillon of James Cook University will be speaker for the 12th Convergence Conference held on 29th January 2018.

He is a highly qualified with a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer engineering from University of Genoa, Italy. He is currently an Associate Professor for School of Business and IT, James Cook University, Singapore.

He is a proud author of a number of books like “2D to VR with Unity 5 and Google Cardboard”, “Ready. A Commodore 64 Retrospective”,Etc.

Being former Founder and CEO of Adsumsoft: Game Development and Design Consultancy services, he has developed many games for App store and Play Store that can be played by users of all ages. Associate Professor Roberto Dillon is an expert on video game design and his talk is based on the same. He is proficient in Italian and English and has spoken knowledge of Chinese.

Ms Joey Kang began her career from the ground up and progressively advanced into middle management over the years. Her portfolio includes business development activities in India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.

Darren develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders in a portfolio of tertiary institutions. Aside from inspiring young minds through campus talks, he works closely with student bodies and CPA student ambassadors to further CPA Australia’s cause.
